The extremely cold temperatures experienced over the past few days has caused the charging of electric buses to be extremely slow. In an effort to maintain a consistent service for the duration of the day, the following decreases in service are being made on Thursday, 2/5. BMR, CAS, and HXP are affected. HDG and PHB will NOT be affected.
We are having technical difficulties with buses not showing up on the live map or the BT App. Although the live track feature is not working for all vehicles, service is still running as usual.
