Due to difficulties in changed traffic patterns and in order to provide the best service possible, the Explorer Gold (GLD) route will be adjusted begining Monday, 7/12. The following changes will take effect beginning that day:

• Elimination of the following stops past the Park and Ride: Roanoke/Roger Ebnd (2187), Roanoke.Motor Ebnd (2188), Hampton/Roanoke Sbnd (2190), Hampton Blvd Sbnd (2189), Roanoke/Industrial Wbnd (2191)
  • Deviation requests are permitted for closed stops. Requests can be made by calling 540-443-7111
• No service to Shoppers Way Wbnd (2209), still serviced by Explorer Blue
• No service to NRV Theatre (1801), still serviced by Explorer Blue
• GLD will no longer circle the mall before servicing  stop 1800
