Due to construction near King Street (Sheetz) and the closure of southbound South Main Street the SMS and SME routes will detour beginning Monday, July 20. The detour is expected to be in place until late July when the construction is complete.
SMS: Heading southbound on South Main Street turn right on to Country Club Drive, left on to Airport Rd, and continue on to Hubbard Street. At the intersection of Hubbard and South Main the SMS will turn right and continue on it’s normal route.
SME: Heading southbound on South Main Street turn right on to Country Club Drive, left on to Airport Rd, and continue on to Hubbard Street. At the intersection of Hubbard and South Main the SME will proceed on to Ellett Road and continue on its normal route to Fairfax Circle.
All stops along the detour route will be serviced.
Stop Closures: The following stops on the southbound side on South Main Street will be closed while the detour is in place:
Stops on the northbound side of South Main Street will remain open.
The SMA route is not affected during the detour and will remain on it’s normal route.
